Anand is a visionary engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the fields of industrial automation, telecommunications, defense, and medical device engineering.

  • Concept Design & Detail Design: Proficient in translating ideas into detailed engineering designs, optimizing for manufacturability and performance.

  • Materials Expertise: Deep knowledge in plastics, castings, and sheet metal designs, integrating the best materials for durability and cost-efficiency.

  • Simulation: Extensive experience in thermal and structural simulation using Ansys Icepak and Ansys Mechanical, ensuring robust product performance under varied conditions.

  • Test Automation: Designs and develops automation fixtures to streamline testing processes, enhancing product reliability and reducing time to market.

  • Cable Harness Design: Expertise in designing efficient and reliable cable harness systems for complex electrical and electronic systems.

  • Supply Chain Management: Proficient in global and local manufacturer interactions, optimizing Bill of Materials (BoM) costs while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
